| Baldwin Real Estate Management has been in business since 1981 and has earned a reputation for professional expertise and integrity that is the
cornerstone of our success. Since our inception we have steadily grown because we provide that little extra effort and personal service to make each association know that they are important. Our staff is courteous,
knowledgeable and willing to render every assistance to homeowners, contractors, escrow companies and others with association business. We offer management packages individually tailored to suit the needs of each individual
or association; financial management to full service management. Smaller associations ask only that we provide financial assistance and compliance with government requirements. Larger associations need full service
management, including attendance at meetings, providing financial management and supervision of maintenance. Our community association managers are professionals licensed with the California Department of Real Estate. They also have, or are working on, professional designations recognized by industry affiliations such as Certified Community Association Manager, CCAM, from the California Association of Community Managers. Their designations require intensive study and testing. In addition, managers attend educational sessions to keep updated on the newest laws and methods of management. Carolyn Garton is the Director of Baldwin Real Estate Management. She has been associated with Baldwin Real Estate Management since 1981 and was the founding Director of the Management Division. She is past member of the Association of Community Managers Board of Directors for the State of California and is also affiliated with the National Organization of the
